Age Action BIG Corporate Challenge

The Age Action BIG Corporate Challenge programme, in which BIG stands for “Be Intergenerational”, is our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that encourages corporate teams to promote intergenerational connection whilst raising funds and awareness to support our work. 

By pledging to “Be Intergenerational,” participants are increasing understanding across generations, which is key to transforming attitudes towards ageing and achieving a more inclusive society that values all of us as we age. The programme aims to improve employee engagement, support D&I work, and promote intergenerational connection, all while raising funds to support Age Action. In its first year, the Age Action BIG Corporate Callenge raised over €43,000 for Age Action’s work through intergenerational fundraisers run by corporate teams from VMware, Sky Ireland, Ervia, and Fidelity Investments.
