Our Care and Repair team always goes the extra mile. Meet Patrick, one of our dedicated team members “We don’t just walk in and do the job—we always take time for a cup of tea and a chat. For some people, we might be the only visitor they see all week. Many of our clients have no family at all, and they’re coming home from hospital to an empty house. Taking that moment to sit down, have a cuppa, and check in makes a real difference. And if someone offers tea, I’ll always say yes—it’s a chance to chat and see if they need anything else.” It’s the little things that matter most.
