Many health professionals refer clients to our services regularly. We have put some resources in this section that might be useful for health professionals.  

Information about the type of jobs Care and Repair can do: Please see this document here for a list of the types of jobs Care and repair can and can’t do. We’ll always do our best to help and will refer someone to another organisation if we can’t help. 

Please fill out the Care and Repair referral form if you would like to refer a patient to the Care and Repair service. For hospital jobs we will endeavour to do our best to get the job done as soon as possible. 

Please note: in the case of grab rail and stair rail installations, we require the materials to be available, and we will do the installation free of charge.  

When filling out this form please give us as much information as possible. 

Tips for Professionals when referring someone to Care and Repair: Please give us as much advance notice as you can when referring someone, as this will allow us to get the job completed as soon as possible.
