Needs of older learners

Older Adults in Education: Working Collaboratively with older learners 

We run this training with staff in Education Training Boards (ETBs) across the country.  

This session supports education staff in:  

• Understanding social and cultural definitions of ageing.  

• Analysing the impact of ageism on older adults’ well-being in educational settings. 

•  Discussing barriers and needs of older adults.
