The main duties and responsibilities are to assist in the following areas:

  • Assist in the administration of HR-related documentation, such as recruitment, contracts of employment, extensions and leavers
    • Ensure the relevant HR files and database is kept up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
    • Monitor time and attendance
    • Assist in the induction of new staff and volunteers
    ​ Assist with organising training and maintaining training records.
    • Provide monthly reports to team leaders
    • Assist in the recruitment process – i.e. liaise with line managers, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
    • Assist in the weekly distribution of time sheets to all locations
    • Act as Secretary to monthly team meetings
    • To attend meetings and training courses when necessary
    • Abide by company rules and regulations
    • Any other reasonable duties required
