Stop Press: Programme for Government.  We have just heard that the new Programme for Government (March 6th 2011) has re-iterated its international commitment to the overseas aid budget of 0.7% by 2015.  We must keep the new government to that commitment and lobby for specific annual target to meet that goal.  The Government allocated 0.52% in 2010.
