You have seen the delights baked on the TV .. and it looks easy!!!   Here is your chance!  Bake your family’s favorite recipe to enter our National Big Bake.   Win a chance to cook your goodies on TV.

We are searching for the nations best loved baking, and for the nation’s best family recipes and what they mean to you.  All you have to do is bake, write down the recipe, tell us in 50 words or less why it is your favorite, take a photo of the baked result and send it to us with €10. 

You will then be entered into a competition and judged.  The top three entries in each category will be invited to come to the Cooks Academy in South Williams Street where there will be a The Big Bake Off judged by a celebrity chief. 

The overall winner will then be invited to cook their recipe on TV3’s Ireland AM with Catherine Leyden.
